Responsible for the design of the award-winning MiTek Industry Training Program and several revolutionary product development initiatives, Stephen has produced and also fronted video content all the way from installation guides, through to full technical training modules.

Elected as a Fellow of ENGINEERING NEW ZEALAND Stephen has an expert level of knowledge when it comes to developing a thorough understanding the message you are trying to convey and how best to reach audiences. His project management skills ensure a successful outcome for you, every time.

Byron has over 20 years of experience in the film and television industry through out new zealand, australia and the Usa. most commonly known for fronting brands such as Mastercard, Sky Tv, Kit Kat and Xero, His videography work, scripting and post production work with Shutterspeed has helped many companies successfully achieve their goal of creating top quality video content.

He has an in-depth knowledge of how to structure a video project, from the storyboarding phase, to filming and shot selection or shooting style, to editing the finishing touches to the project.
